Tea blends are created using a variety of organic, locally harvested, and wildcrafted, non-caffeinated herbals.  All locally harvested and wildcrafted ingredients are sustainably harvested and dried in-house at the lowest temperature setting possible to ensure the nutritional and therapeutic benefits of each plant remain intact. 

None of these tea blends are recommended for consumption while pregnant or breastfeeding. Herbs are potent, and we always recommend consultation with a health care professional to ensure no medication contraindications exist.

Directions: steep 1 tbsp of tea blend with 8-12 ounces of almost boiling water, allow to sit for at least five minutes, strain, + enjoy. Alternatively, combine 1/4 cup of herbs, 3tbsp raw honey, + the juice of one lemon in one gallon of almost boiling water + allow to steep overnight. Strain + serve chilled over ice for an incredibly refreshing, herbal iced tea.

FOR HER: A blend of wildcrafted and organic herbs traditionally used to support and balance feminine health.  Chaste berry (vitex), red raspberry leaf, and lady's mantle lend their qualities of feminine support to a gentle tea that is nourishing for the body and the soul.  Stinging nettle is a rich source of iron, vitamin C, and vitamin A, while hibiscus and rosehips provide the body with beneficial vitamin C, rose petals tend to our feminine heart space, oat straw strengthens bones and soothes the nervous system and alfalfa helps to control blood sugar and relieve fluid retention.  This tea can be served warm, as is or sweetened with honey, or slow steeped over night and served chilled with a touch of honey and a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Ingredients: Rubus idaeus (red raspberry) leaf*, Alchemilla (lady's mantle)**, Rosa (rose) petals*, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis (hibiscus)*, Rosa canina L. (rosehip)*, Urtica dioica (stinging nettle)**, Avena sativa (oat) straw*, Medicago sativa (alfalfa) leaf + flower**, Vitex agnus-castus (chaste berry)*

DIGEST: A blend of organic and wild harvested herbs, created to support and encourage healthy digestion.  This lovely herbal blend includes wildcrafted fireweed blossoms and chaga mushroom, locally harvested lemon balm, calendula, mint leaves, and peppermint and oregano blooms, and organic ginger root and fennel seed.

Ingredients: Chamaenerion angustifolium (fireweed) blossoms **, Melissa officinalis (lemon balm)**, Mentha (mint) leaves**, Calendula officinalis (calendula)**, Zingiber officinale (ginger)*, Inonotus obliquus (chaga mushroom)**, Foeniculum vulgare (fennel) seed*

FOREST CHAI: An organic, herbal masala chai tea infused with the flavours of the Pacific Northwest rain forest.  Traditional chai tea flavours of true cinnamon bark, fennel seed, ginger root, cardamom pod, clove bud, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla bean, and white pepper corn dance with sustainably wild harvested elements of the Pacific Northwest - fresh Siberian spruce tip, mandarin scented Balsam fir needle, and earthy Chaga mushroom.  Together, these organic and sustainably wild harvested herbals combine into a beautiful fragrant, spiced herbal masala chia with just the right touch of the forest steeped into every sip.
