Pepper - Early Jalapeño

Medium-sized and medium-hot pepper, 2-4 inches long, that is usually consumed green but can be allowed to ripen crimson red. Plants are short and stocky but very productive. Perfect for outdoor production in areas with cooler summers. Common ingredient in salsas, chills and many other dishes. Very high in vitamins A and C.
